DID YOU KNOW...
Tiles Bar is the former site of Edinburgh's Prudential Financial offices and was the only UK headquarters not to be built in red brick as it was against the regulations of St Andrews Square and the city. It was the first former banking business in the city to be transformed into a licensed premises.
The historical Dewar's Blended Scotch whisky range including the 'Double Matured' range is used extensively in Tiles seasonal cocktail menu. 'Remarkable Regional Malts' are stocked on the gantry and can be found on whisky flights.
CARIBBEAN ICED LATTE
The Caribbean Iced Coffee is longer than an espresso martini and uses Dewar’s Caribbean Smooth whisky, cold brew coffee and vanilla to create a creamy cocktail with a caffeine kick.
