From a moment of tranquillity in the busy morning rush, to a relaxed lunch and a hearty supper, Tiles Café Bar has something to suit. This busy city centre venue has a unique, original tiled interior.  The bar is located in the former Prudential building on the south east corner of St Andrew Square.

Tiles Café Bar has been catering for locals and visitors for over 25 years, stocking a large range of drinks and food is served until late, seven days a week. The menu features a Scottish bistro selection as well as a focus on burger specials. The bar offers seasonal, as well as classic cocktails ranging from Bloody Mary’s to accompany brunch or a whisky highball in the evening.

DID YOU KNOW...

Tiles Bar is the former site of Edinburgh's Prudential Financial offices and was the only UK headquarters not to be built in red brick as it was against the regulations of St Andrews Square and the city. It was the first former banking business in the city to be transformed into a licensed premises.

The historical Dewar's Blended Scotch whisky range including the 'Double Matured' range is used extensively in Tiles seasonal cocktail menu. 'Remarkable Regional Malts' are stocked on the gantry and can be found on whisky flights.

CARIBBEAN ICED LATTE

The Caribbean Iced Coffee is longer than an espresso martini and uses Dewar’s Caribbean Smooth whisky, cold brew coffee and vanilla to create a creamy cocktail with a caffeine kick.
